We are having fun catching up with friends...

Our first Ice Skating adventure...

The kids absolutely LOVED going ice skating!! We went on a Sunday
afternoon before Awana and the kids didn't want to leave.

Tucker started doing 'Pete Rose' style dives and sliding on his knees.
Chloe did a great job. They both were on their own when we left. They
can't wait to go back.

I can't believe it!

I often wonder what goes on inside his head when he has no words...
On this day, i'm imagining that he plays his own theme music as he
decides what and how he will conquer his next world...

Secret missions... Star wars style

I sent the kids on secret missions. Each had a job to do.

A puzzle solving with Nanny

Chloe and Nanny worked on a puzzle the other day. They quietly worked
as they put all 250 pieces together. It was fun to watch them work.

The day they traded bikes...

Today the kids traded bikes... Tuck did incredibly well. Chloe was
just foolin' around... Soon they'll have to trade up.

Launch it 60feet

Tuck got a toy that launches stuff 60 feet!! He needs that!

Basketball practice!

She's learning how to shoot, pass and dribble. Most importantly, she's
learning something new!

Chloe at Basketball Practice

On Friday nights, Chloe has basketball practice. She's learning a
whole new sport. It was fun to see her dribble the ball and learn how
to play defence.

This weekend, we shot baskets and she tried over and over. She made
four (yes 4) baskets!! She was Great!!

last night's Tree lighting...

We went to the Tree lighting last night. It was chilly, but it was fantastic!

We went on a walk with our dog heather and cousins. Ok showing michael

Tucker gets a haircut!

The little guy was getting some hair in his face... So we went to get
a haircut... He did great!

Tucker's first. Football game!

Tonight, t man and I went to our first high school football game. T
man says "I like it. And our team is called the wild cats."

He thinks this would be a pretty cool school !

rainbow in the rear...

so i'm driving down the highway and I see the MOST amazing rainbow in my rear & side mirror.
What do I do? Of course I risk my life by driving at 70MPH down the highway trying to take a picture of it...

well.. I lived to tell about it... thank you for allowing me to live another day...

They rode the train... By themselves.

I took them for a bike ride at the park and they rode the train all by
themselves. Chloe did a good job taking care of her brother.

After she got off her carousel horse, she helped her brother down...
She's a good big sister.

Tucker is a runner!

I took the t-man to the track this Sunday to hang out. We saw some
pole-vaulters and then Ruck decided he was going to run around the
track.. Three laps later and some orange Gatorade he was done. I'm
tellin' ya, this kid is a runner!

Fun at the Aquarium

Tuck and his class buddies had fun at the aquarium. here's some more photos. We had a total blast. It was a little hectic getting all the kids to where they wanted to go, but we had our moments.

I get into my car this morning to find a nicely folded paper taped and
labled 'dad' ... And inside was a very nice picture by Tucker...
It's fun being a dad.

Daddy daughter date

After volleyball today Chloe and I ran some errands and went to lunch
at CPK. One of her favorite restaurants.
Later we'll wash the cars and paint the garage.
